# RoleFitCV

> RoleFitCV is a web application that prepares a role-aligned CV draft from a candidate's existing CV and a job description. Truth-lock guardrails are designed to keep unsupported experience out, but AI can still misread or overstate details. The candidate must review and edit every change before using the draft.

## Current availability

Paid beta setup is in progress. New signups, payments and purchases are not open. The prices below are planned paid-beta pricing, not currently purchasable offers.

## What RoleFitCV does

- Accepts a PDF, DOCX or pasted CV and lets the account holder reuse it for applications.
- Accepts a supported job-posting URL; if the page cannot be fetched, the user can paste the job description manually.
- Compares the supplied CV with the job description and prepares an editable, role-aligned draft.
- Shows requirement gaps and a side-by-side review without claiming a validated hiring score.
- Exports PDF and DOCX on both paid-beta plans.
- Usually processes a draft in about a minute once both texts are available; complex files and busy periods can take longer.

## Accuracy boundary

RoleFitCV is designed to ground rewrites in the source CV and flag unsupported requirements as gaps. It does not guarantee an error-free draft, an interview, an ATS result or a job outcome. Users are responsible for checking accuracy, completeness and suitability before sending anything.

## Planned paid-beta plans

- Sprint Pass: US$19 one time, 30 tailoring credits valid for seven days, PDF and DOCX export.
- Pro: US$29 per month, 75 tailoring credits, saved CV library and job board, change review, PDF and DOCX export.
- Coach client workspaces and payments are not offered in the paid beta.
- Signup and checkout are disabled while production payment, privacy and reliability checks are completed.

## Privacy facts

- Saved CV, job and generated data is encrypted at rest with a per-user key and encrypted in transit.
- Relevant CV and job-description text is sent to the disclosed AI sub-processor to create a draft.
- RoleFitCV states that customer CVs are not used to train models.
- Users can delete individual items or their account. Read the privacy policy for retention, sub-processors and rights.

## Agent boundary

The public site documents a human-review web application. It does not expose a documented public API, MCP server, A2A endpoint or agentic purchasing interface. Login, CV data, job data and generated drafts are private account content and are not machine-readable public resources.
