Refund policy

During paid beta, we offer a full refund within 14 days when no tailoring from that purchase has completed successfully. This remains true after an unused Sprint Pass reaches its seven-day expiry. Pro renewals use the same rule for each charge. If processing fails before a result is saved, the reserved credit is returned automatically. Other cases are reviewed individually; we do not promise pro-rated or partial refunds.
